Win A Wardrobe Terms & Conditions SS15

·         Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

·         Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

·         The Promoter is Meredith Australia Pty Ltd (from here on in referred to as ‘Meredith & Moore’) (ABN: 38087895574) of 98 Nicholson St, Abbotsford, Victoria, 3067.

·         Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special offers, discounts or promotion unless indicated otherwise.

·         The promotion commences at 1pm (AEST) on 1st October 2015 and finishes at 11pm (AEST) on 1st November 2015 ("Promotional Period"). Entries must be received before 11pm (AEST) on 1st November 2015. Entries received after this date will be deemed invalid and ineligible to enter the promotion. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.

·         To enter the promotion, subscribe to Meredith & Moore’s newsletter by entering your details on the nominated competition/promotion form and answer the question contained in the form in 25 words or less. Please log onto www.meredithandmoore.com/page/competition to access the competition entry form. The competition can also be entered via the Promoter's facebook page.

·         Entrants may also, if they wish, via the entrance form, provide email addresses of people who they would like to invite to enter the competition. An email will then be sent by the Promoter to the email addresses provided inviting them to enter the competition. This step is not a requirement in order to submit an entry to the competition.

·         Entrance is limited to one entry per person.

·         The Promoter will select 2 entries which contains the best answers to the question based on originality and creativity, as the winning entries.

·         The 2 best entries, as selected by the Promoter, based on originality and creativity, will each receive a $1,000 Meredith & Moore gift voucher to be used at Meredith & Moore’s retail stores or Meredith & Moore’s online store.

·         Winners will be required to choose either an in-store gift voucher or an online gift voucher for redemption of their prize.

·         The total prize value is A$2,000.
The decision will be made at Meredith & Moore’s head office at midday on Monday 2nd November 2015. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the prize competition. Winners will be notified by e-mail and the winners’ names will be published on the Meredith & Moore Facebook page on 2nd November 2015 at 4pm.

·         Gift vouchers must be redeemed by 15 December 2015.

·         Gift vouchers may be redeemed on full-priced product only.

·         Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if incomplete, have been created by automated processes or spamming techniques, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or in the Promoter's reasonable opinion the entry is part of multiple entries created directly or indirectly by a single person.
