Terms of the Guarantee If your house is eligible for the Guarantee, then B1 Homes will guarantee to complete the construction of your house within twenty (20) weeks of commencing its construction (as described below) (Guaranteed Build Time). However, where the progress of construction is delayed by an outside party or act of god, your house will no longer be eligible for the Guarantee Build Time. Construction of a house commences on the day the slab of the house is poured.
