Competition Terms and Conditions:

Entering the competition: Queensland Rail ‘CATS the Musical’ ticket giveaway competition.
1. The promoter is Queensland Rail Limited (ABN 71 132 181 090) of Level 13, Rail Centre 1, 305 Edward Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000 (the Promoter).
2. Entry to this competition signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions below.
3. The competition commences on Monday 11th January and closes on Friday 22nd January 2016 at 5.00pm.
4. To enter this competition, the entrant must comment on Queensland Rail’s Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/QueenslandRail) “CATS the Musical” posts and tell us why you would like to win a double pass by 5.00pm, Friday 22nd January 2016.
5. EMPLOYEES OF, OR CONTRACTORS TO, THE PROMOTER AND ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED ENTITIES, OR MEMBERS OF THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY OF SUCH EMPLOYEE OR CONTRACTOR, INCLUDING SPOUSE, PARENT, ADOPTED OR NATURAL CHILD OR SIBLING (WHETHER OR NOT THEY LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD AS THE EMPLOYEE OR CONTRACTOR) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER.
6. The Promoter will only accept entries made personally by individuals.  The Promoter will only accept one (1) entry per Entrant.
7. The prize includes a double pass to ‘CATS the Musical’ at the Lyric Theatre, QPAC on Wednesday 3rd February 2016 at 8.00pm.
8. Winners will be notified directly by Queensland Rail on Facebook and will be asked to contact the Queensland Rail Facebook page via private message with their contact details (phone, address and email) from Friday 22nd January 2016.  Each winner must organise for collection of their tickets to ‘CATS the Musical’ from a location suitable to the Promoter and the Winner by 5:00pm, Thursday 28th January 2016.
9. Queensland Rail will not be liable to winners who are unable to pick up the double pass by the closing date and time of 5:00pm, Thursday 28th January 2016. In the event of an entrant failing to collect their double pass, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate such uncollected double pass to the next complying entry.
10. The Promoter’s decision in the selection of the winners and the allocation of the prizes will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize must be taken as offered. The prize is not transferable to another person, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or for resale.
12.Entrants:
a. acknowledge that their personal information shall only be collected for the purpose of this competition and any associated use;
b. acknowledge that the Promoter is not responsible for ‘CATS the Musical;
c. release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, loss, cost or claim arising from your participation in this competition including the Promoter’s sponsors, suppliers and contractors, including but not limited to injury and damage to person or property regardless of circumstance;
d. release Facebook from all actions or claims arising out of their participation in this competition; and
e. acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
13. The Promoter:
a. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this competition at any time at its sole discretion;
b. may withdraw or cancel this competition at any stage;
c. may disqualify any entry from the competition without notice and for any reason; and
d. will not be liable to the any entrant should ‘CATS the Musical’ be cancelled or postponed, for whatever reason.
14. The Promoter is bound by the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld). Entrants can access their own personal information that the Promoter holds by writing to:
