 Terms and Conditions
This competition is open to residents of Australia, or visitors of Australia who are maintaining residence in Australia until 31 December 2016. Employees of Camberwell Centre Association and Assemblo Pty Ltd and/or their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
All entrants are taken to have accepted these terms and conditions and associated privacy and terms as set out by the promoters.
Entries open on 4th April 2016 and close at 5 pm AEST on 8th May 2016. Entries received after this time will not be processed.
Entrants must tell us 'how you would treat your Mum in Camberwell this Mother's Day'. Entrants must enter online at www.camberwellshopping.com.au and complete the competition form.
Prize winners will be selected from eligible, complete entries on 12th of May by representatives of Assemblo Pty Ltd (on behalf of Camberwell Centre Association). The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is $500 voucher to spend at a Camberwell store within the Camberwell Centre Association catchment zone.
The winner will be notified via email, and the name of the prize winner will appear on our Facebook page and/or other media.
The prize must be collected in person from Kerry Daly of the Camberwell Centre Association. The winner consents to having their photograph taken at the prize presentation, to be used for reasonable promotional purposes by the Camberwell Centre Association and its contractors.
If the winner fails to contact the Promoter within ONE MONTH following notification, or the winner declines the prize, the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected.
There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is not transferable.
The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter, in exceptional circumstances, may vary, amend or withdraw this competition.
