By entering this competition you have hereby understood and agree to the following terms & conditions:

Holidays for Couples is the promoter of this competition

Macao Government Tourism Office is the main prize giver along with associated sponsors of this competition.

This prize is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the prize giver and associated sponsors

This competition was promoted in the April 2016 edition of Holidays for Couples.

Competition opens online at www.holidaysforcouples.travel on Tuesday 26 April 2016.

Competition entry closes on Friday 5th August 2016.

Competition winner is notified on 19th August 2016.

The prize is only valid till and must be taken by December 30, 2016.

The St Regis Macao has the following blackout dates which are as follows:
September 15-17, October 1-5, October 8, December 24-25 and December 31, 2016.
The day tour with lunch and dinner cannot be taken on a weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
Winner will be notified in writing by email and by telephone.

Winner will have 10 working days to confirm their acceptance of the prize in writing (email).

Winner will be asked to provide 3 sets of dates they would like to travel with (#1 being their first preference and so on). A redraw will be considered if the original drawn winner:

    does not claim the prize within designated time period
    satisfy the promotion terms and condition
    forfeits the prize

Entrants must be at least 18 years or older, entries are open to all Australian states and territories and any overseas entries are also valid.

There is a limitation of one entry per person.

This prize is non-refundable, non transferable to a third party, and not exchangeable for cash or any other products and services.

Subject to availability and block-out dates may apply.

The Promoter / Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
