Who are the the 5 Premier Cru (First Growths) of Bordeaux?

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. The Promoter is Grays (NSW) Pty Ltd 29-33 Carter Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141(“Promoter”) NSW Permit LTPM/14/0135.  ACT Permit: TP 14/03774
3. The Promotion period is 11th May 2016 to 11th June 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prize), and their immediate families (“Eligible Entrants”).
5. In order to enter the competition participants need to: subscribe to www.grayswine.com.au/subscribe

6. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may also be used for the purposes specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy.  The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion (ie, courier, Australia Post) and to relevant authorities in the Relevant States, and the winner’s name and State/Territory of residence may be published in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry and as required under relevant legislation.  The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on the Promoter’s website: http://www.graysonline.com.au/privacy/
7. Total prize pool is valued at $450 and consists of: 1x 750mL 2001 Chateau Mouton Rothschild Value:  $450.00

8. The winner will be chosen from all the entries on the participating entry page. It will be drawn using random.org.
9. The judges’ decision (including any decisions as to prize distribution) is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
10. The winner will be announced/notified within 3 days of the competition closing via the Grays Australia Facebook page and by email to the email address entered during subscription.
11. The prize winners will be given 3 months to claim the prize.  If the winner does not claim their prize in this time, a redraw will occur on 11th September 2016 - 3 calendar months after the original draw. The re draw will occur at Grayswine head office, 29-33 Carter Street Lidcombe NSW on this date at 10.00am and the redraw winner will be announced/notified via our Facebook page and by email to the email address entered during subscription.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of prizes.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.

The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion (including Blogs, Facebook, Forum & Twitter if the Promotion is conducted via a Facebook Platform, Blogs, Forum & Twitter) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
