It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the details in their profile are correct, including without limitation telephone contact number and email and no responsibility will be taken by Luna Park Sydney for any incorrect or out of date information. There will be one (1) Major Prize winner who will win the following prize, subject at all times to these Terms and Conditions:
1 x Gold Class screening of Now You See Me 2 for 21 people at the winner’s nearest Gold Class cinema. Each guest will receive a small popcorn and drink. Valid Monday – Thursday only, while the film is screening.
There will be twenty (20) Runner-Up prize winners who will win the following prize pack, subject at all times to these Terms and Conditions:
1 x Double in-season pass to see the movie in cinemas
Total Prize Pool Value $3,300
Where a winner cannot be contacted the Promoter will hold an Unclaimed Prize Draw. This draw will be held at 10am (AEST) on Wednesday 8 June 2016 at the Luna Park Sydney Administration Office, located at 6a Glen Street, Milsons Point NSW. Winners will be notified by the method set out in Item 13 of these Terms and Conditions and published in accordance with the method set out in Item 14 of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, affiliate businesses and other entities in association with this Promotion together with their immediate families and members of the household of those persons are not eligible to enter.
2. Entrants may enter the Competition an unlimited number of times, however, each entry must be a new, original answer to the question detailed under the Method of Entry in Item 7.
3. Luna Park Sydney Unlimited Rides Passes must be used within six (6) months of the Notification Date detailed in Item 12, or on or before the expiry date stamped on the pass.
4. An Unlimited Rides Pass to Luna Park Sydney is valid for use on any one day Luna Park Sydney is open to the general public, before the expiry date indicated on the voucher. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the Unlimited Rides Pass if any attempts are made to misuse it.
5. Please check the classification of the prize before redeeming it. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8. The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to refuse to accept any entry or remove any entry that
