Participating Stores


Any participating store in Australia where the Promoter’s products can be purchased, excluding Coles, Coles Express and Woolworths.

Entry Procedure


During the Promotion Period, entrants must:

purchase, in 1 transaction, any 2 CADBURY, PASCALL, THE NATURAL CONFECTIONERY CO., OREO or TOBLERONE products from a Participating Store (Qualifying Purchase); and
visit www.cadburytrainwithsally.com.au (Website) to fully complete and submit the online entry form by providing all details as requested by the Promoter including:
receipt number;
selecting the store type from the drop down; and
the last 4 digits of the barcode number from each Qualifying Purchase product,

to see if you’ve won a minor prize instantly and to receive 1 entry into the major prize draw.

Maximum Number of Entries


Entrants may enter up to 5 times per day. Each entry must be based on a separate Qualifying Purchase that has been made in a separate transaction. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Proof of Purchase Requirements


Entrants must retain their original itemised receipt to verify each entry (Proof of Purchase).

Instant Win Minor Prize Details


There are 70 instant win minor prizes to be won, which will be awarded between 12.01am (AEST) 23/06/16 and the end of the Promotion Period.
Instant minor prize winners will be determined based on pre-selected, randomly generated times via a computer system held at Immediate Marketing, 191 Ferrars Street, Southbank VIC 3006 (Immediate Marketing).

Major Prize Draw Details


Method: random electronic selection.
Time: 11.00am (AEST) on 07/09/16.
Location: Immediate Marketing.
Winner: The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion period will win the major prize.

Minor Prizes


There are 70 minor prizes to be won instantly, as follows:

10 x Panasonic TVs (model TH-55DX640A) valued at $2,599 each;
30 x Speedo prize packs (contents as determined by the Promoter) valued at $185 each; and
30 x Adidas prize packs (contents as determined by the Promoter) valued at $90 each.

Major Prize


The major prize is a trip for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children under 18 years of age) to the Gold Coast, Queensland between 03/11/16 and 08/11/16 (inclusive), consisting of:

return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) for 2 adults and 2 children between the major prize winner’s nearest Australian capital city airport and Gold Coast airport (flights are not included if the major prize winner’s closest airport is Gold Coast);
return transfers for the major prize winner and their 3 companions between Gold Coast airport and the hotel;
5 nights’ accommodation for the major prize winner and their 3 companions in a 2 Bedroom Suite at a minimum 4 star hotel (as determined by the Promoter);
an exclusive 1 hour training session with Sally Pearson on 04/11/16 for the major prize winner and their 3 companions, including return transfers between the hotel and the relevant event location (which will be confirmed by the Promoter);
a theme park pass for each of the winner and their three companions (valid for entry to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast for 12 months from the first date of visit).
$2,000 spending money for the major prize winner only (to be paid by EFT to their bank account).

The major prize is valued at up to $10,612, depending on the major prize winner’s point of departure.

The total overall prize pool value is up to $44,852.

Major Prize Conditions


The major prize must be taken between 03/11/16 and 08/11/16 (inclusive), is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers.
All costs associated with the major prize which are not expressly stated as included, including additional spending money, additional transfer costs, meals, additional taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the major prize winner and his or her companions as incurred.
The major prize winner and his/her companions must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier.
The major prize winner and his/her companions are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and any necessary documents to travel to the relevant location.
If the training session with Sally Pearson is abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason, the major prize winner and their companions forfeit their entitlement to that element of the major prize and no alternative will be given as a substitute. The major prize winner and their companions will still receive all other components of the major prize as long as they are still taken between between 03/11/16 and 08/11/16 (inclusive).
In order to participate in the training session with Sally Pearson on 04/11/16, the major prize winner and his/her companions must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements) and follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the training session. The major prize winner and his/her companions must ensure that they are healthy and fit enough to take the major prize and participate in the training session. The Promoter, in conjunction with the people managing the training session, may deem that the major prize winner or any of their companions are insufficiently healthy or fit.
The Promoter has no liability if for any reason Sally Pearson does not attend the training session on 04/11/16.
Tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once dispatched, the Promoter is not be liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
