The festival will also offer an exciting first look at Disney’s latest film, Pete’s Dragon, with exclusive sneak previews on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 August. A reimagining of the classic tale, Pete’s Dragon is the adventure of an orphaned boy named Pete and his best friend Elliott, who just so happens to be a dragon. Tickets to any one session are $10 each and can be purchased online at eventcinemas.com.au (a $1.20 online booking fee applies). A Season Pass (excludes Pete’s Dragon) can be purchased in cinema at the box office for $30. Thanks to Event Cinemas, we’ve got 10 family passes to give away to the Disney Fairytale Film Festival.
