8. How to enter
The audience will enter on the Mix1023.com.au Win page, by
completing their details and the required fields. Entrants must state
background information as requested, including available details of
what they want investigated and why.
The Promoter will select the entry or entries it deems the ‘best’ based
on the judging criteria and that entrant will be asked to participate in
the private investigator segment.
Entries will be looked over by Private Investigator and potential leads
further investigated. Individual will be required to complete and sign an
indemnity release.
Entrants agree to appear on air to discuss their entry.
Whilst every effort will be used to investigate the request, there is no
guarantee of success. The Private investigator will use only lawful
methods.
9. Prize Details Access to Private Investigator selected by the Promoter in an attempt to
solve request (facilitated by the promoter).

20. Special conditions Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants must not breach any laws in submitting their entry, including
Privacy law. Entrants expressly consent to the details provided as part
of their entry being disclosed on air and to the Private Investigator.
Entrants must (to the best of their knowledge) provide only details
which are accurate and/or not defamatory or illegal.
Entrants must be willing to sign an indemnity prior to participating And
cooperate with all directions given by the Promoter with respect to their
participation in this competition.
The Promoter makes no guarantees with respect to the success or
outcomes of any investigation.
The entrant will participate with any directions given by the Promoter
and the Private Investigator with respect to material found. The
Promoter may in its absolute discretion elect not to proceed with an
investigation on legal or other grounds
