8. How to enter Listen to Cruise 1323 between 6am and 5pm weekdays (excluding public
holidays). When given the ‘cue to call, entrants must call 8305 1323. The
selected contestant successfully put to air (as determined by the
Promoter in its discretion) will be invited to play Cruise 1323 Fact or
Fiction.
The selected contestant successfully put to air (as determined by the
Promoter in its discretion) will be offered a piece of trivia about a
famous celebrity, and asked to identify whether the trivia is true (fact)
or untrue (fiction).
Each contestant who correctly identifies if the trivia is fact or fiction will
go in the draw for the major prize.
Contestants will also be invited to enter their details (including name
and telephone number) online. At selected times during the
competition period, the Promoter will randomly select an online entry
and will call that entrant and invite them to play Cruise 1323 Fact Or
Fiction. For the avoidance of doubt, if the selected online entrant does
not answer their phone when contacted by the Promoter, they will
forfeit their entry and will not receive another chance to play.
The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to give clues
but is under no obligation to do so.

At the time of playing, entrants/entrants household cannot have won
more than $50 from Cruise 1323 within the past 30 days to be eligible.

13: Draw process and judging Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be deemed while on-air if they have correctly identified
whether the offered trivia was fact or fiction.
