Entry to the Win a Drill Kit for dad promotion is only granted on the day and time of transaction. Entrants are not permitted to use a receipt of purchase from a different store to enter the competition. Entrants confirm and promise that their answer to the Promotion question is written by them and original, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event the above specified prize cannot be awarded to the prize winner, a substitute prize will be awarded to the same value of the original prize. Substitute prize will be chosen at the discretion of the promoter. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. However, if the Promoter has not been able to contact a winner after making three attempts, the prize will be forfeited by that person. Any forfeited prizes will not be awarded to another person.
