HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter, you need to provide your name, State, & valid email address. Winner will be selected at RedBalloon, 179 Harris Street, Pyrmont, NSW, 2009. Only one entry per person.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Submission of entry is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. You must subscribe to the RedBalloon newsletter with a valid email address at the time of
prize draw to be eligible.
3. Promotional period commences 19 August 2016 and closes 03 September 2016 at
23:59 AEDT (“Promotional Period”). No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected
claims.
4. There is 4 prizes to be won – $250.00 RedBalloon voucher..
5. The winner will be the entry deemed most creative by RedBalloon Pty Ltd
6. Winner will be notified by email and have 14 days to claim their prize by return email. Any
unclaimed prize/s will be redrawn.
7. The prize is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and will need to be
redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.
8. Transport to the location of the prize is not included.
9. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange their transport to the prize location on the
date the prize is booked for.
10. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion and
fulfill prizing. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Promoter’s privacy policy can be viewed

11. Employees of the Promoter, RedBalloon Pty Ltd, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
12. Entrants may only enter once.
13. Contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not
responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source invalid.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
16. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash as illustrated in our voucher terms and conditions.
17. RedBalloon gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of the prize draw and full prize terms and conditions can be found here www.redballoon.com.au/help/terms-conditions.
18. The prizes will be selected at RedBalloon Pty Limited – 179 Harris St, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of relevant government authorities.
