Entrants must be able to travel to the Brisbane Lyric Theatre. Tickets do not include transport. Winner must arrange their own transport to the show

 3.Information about how to enter and the prizes available forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 4.Entry is open to members of the Katies Style Rewards in Australia only. Employees of the Promoter and related entities or agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
 5.Only one entry per Katies Style Reward member is permitted.
 6.Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
 7.No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
 8.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the information provided by entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of entry.
 9.To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their details, including first name, surname, email, phone number and address, during the Competition Period and write, in 25 words or fewer, what their favourite SINGIN IN THE RAIN song is and why
 10.This is a game of skill and entries will be judged based on their creativity and originality. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner(s).
 11.There will be 5 winners. The total prize pool is valued at $600. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or alternate goods.
 12.The winner will be selected at 10am AEST on the 3rd October 2016 at Specialty Fashion Group, 151-163 Wyndham St, Alexandria NSW 2015 from all entries received.
 13.Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take or redeem, prize will be forfeited
 14.The Promoter’s determination of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 15.The winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the date on which they were selected as a winner. The prize will be delivered to the winner within five (5) business days of the selection date.
 16.If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
 17.All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The Promoter may use the entrants’ names, addresses, email and photos for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
 18.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
