$5,000 JACK O’CASH OCTOBER 2016 TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Financial members of Magpies Sporting Club are eligible to participate in this promotion.
2. Excluded Patrons, Board of Directors, employees of Magpies Sporting Club and their
immediate family, and Magpies Sporting Club advertising agencies are not eligible to
participate in this promotion.
a. Immediate Family is defined as Parents, Spouse, Siblings & Children.
3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
4. The promotion operates during club trading hours commencing 9am Saturday 1
st October to
6:59pm Saturday 29
th October 2016.
5. An entry ticket is added to the virtual barrel when a member:
a. Has their membership card swiped at the Bar (excluding Skys Function Room), Hub
Café or Centro Restaurant with a $5 or more spend.
b. Has their membership card correctly inserted in a gaming machine with a cumulative
turnover of $45.
6. Members can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period.
7. The draws will be conducted on Saturday 29
th October 2016 as follows:
4pm $1,000, 4:30pm $500, 5pm $500, 5:30pm $1,000, 6pm $500, 6:30pm $500, 7pm $1,000
8. At the draws winners will be drawn from the virtual barrel by Magpies staff and announced
over the microphone.
9. The winner drawn has 2 minutes to make themselves known to the compare and present
their membership card.
10. If the prize is unclaimed after 2 minutes additional draws will take place until a winner claims
their prize.
11. Unclaimed winning entries drawn will not be added back into the virtual barrel.
12. Magpies Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection
with this promotion.
13. If due to equipment failure management reserves the right to use alternative methods to
conduct this promotion.
14. The decisions of the management of Magpies Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will
be entered into.
15. Participation in the promotion confirms acceptance of the conditions of entry governing
Magpies Sporting Club.
