Win a weekend escape to Canberra’s Burbury Hotel. On the footsteps of the Parliamentary zone, the Burbury Hotel hosts Canberra’s most exclusive high tea.

Perched on the rooftop of the Burbury Hotel, the Terrace overlooks the city, lake and leafy Barton hosts Canberra’s most exclusive high tea.

Created by Doma Hotels’ French Executive Chef Fabien Wagon, Burbury Terrace High Tea is a selection of finely made French cakes & tarts, delicate savouries and traditional scones, accompanied with TWG fine teas, freshly brewed coffee and Piper-Heidsieck Champagne.

The winner will be able to make a weekend of it and stay at the officially rated 4.5 star Burbury Hotel & Apartments. Offering contemporary guest rooms, suites and apartments, along with a variety of precinct amenities including fine dining, casual dining, wholefood café, lounge bar, hair salon, health club, day spa, lap pool and hydrotherapy spa, it’s the perfect weekend escape.

Prize includes high tea for two people and accommodation in a Burbury Room. Prize must be redeemed by 30th June 2017 and is only redeemable on weekends. Dates exclude 19th December 2016 to 14th February 2017. Subject to availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Become and remain a fan of the High Tea Society on Facebook for the length of this competition. Answer the question to go in the running to win the prize. You must enter your email address. To become a fan of High Tea Society, click 'like' on the Facebook page.

2. By entering this competition you are in the running to win high tea for two people and accommodation in a Burbury Room at Canerra's Burbury Hotel. Prize must be redeemed by 30th June 2017 and is only redeemable on weekends. Dates exclude 19th December 2016 to 14th February 2017. The competition ends 12th of November 2016, 5pm AEDST. The winner will be announced on www.highteasociety.com on the 14th of November 2016.

3. All entrants must be a lawful permanent resident of Australia and remain as a Facebook Fan for the length of the promotion to be eligible to win. The winner will be selected at random but will also need to have answered the question correctly. The winner will have their prize posted to the address submitted with their competition entry.

4. Entries are limited to one per person. Any double entries will be removed from the prize draw.

5. Entry is open to anyone who is a fan of the "High Tea Society" page on Facebook. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families together with agencies and/or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family refers to spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent).

6. Prize values mentioned in competitions are at the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier, and are correct at time of publishing. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring during the promotion.

7. The judges' decision is final in relation to any aspect of the competition and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
