TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EPIC SUMMER ESCAPE
The following terms and conditions apply for the Grant Broadcasters EPIC SUMMER
ESCAPE – ARIANA GRANDE promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters Network
General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and
conditions will prevail.
Participating Stations: Hot100, Star 102.7, Star 106.3, Star 101.9, Hot91.1
1. DURATION Entries open on Monday 26 December and run through to Friday 27
January.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY Contestants will be entered into the major prize draw by
EITHER being the random caller through upon hearing the nominated winning songs
or by entering online at the station website throughout the active contest period.
3. PRIZE
 Return economy airfares for 2 people to Los Angeles.
 5 nights minimum 3 star accommodation for 2 people.
 Return coach transfers airport to hotel in Los Angeles.
 2 Tickets to Ariana Grande Friday March 31 2017 at The Forum
Insurance, visas and other incidental expenses are not covered by Grant
Broadcasters or included in this prize package.
Failure to meet check in deadlines or events are the responsibility of the winner and
Grant Broadcasters takes no financial responsibility in rebooking.
Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Prize contents or description may change at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
Contestants will be selected at random from all callers upon playing the cue to call.
The major prize winner will be selected from all entrants.
5. NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified on air at the time of winning and will be contacted by a
station representative off air to gather bank account information.
6. INDEMNITY All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT
BROADCASTERS against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of
acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not
limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct
or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and
their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are
also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is
discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS.
Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the
competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the
event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
