HOW TO ENTER Customers visiting our bookshop at 131 York Street, Sydney can enter the competition by simply completing the entry form in our Summer Reading catalogue - you can grab a copy in the store. Fill out the form with your first name, last name, email address and your Abbey's docket number. Then drop it into the entry box in store. Online customers can enter the competition by entering the promotion code ALADDIN (in capitals) in the promotion code field when purchasing online. The prize: Three lucky winners will receive a Gift Voucher for $250 to use across our three stores: Abbey’s Bookshop, Language Book Centre and Galaxy Bookshop! GOOD LUCK & HAPPY READING! Conditions of entry Authorised under NSW Permit LTPS/16/08485 • Receipt of entries in the competition commences 1 November 2016 at 12.01am and closes 31 January 2017 at 11.59pm. • An eligible entry is a completed entry form accompanied by an eligible in-store sale transaction or an eligible online sale transaction. • An eligible in-store sale transaction is recorded during the period 1 November 2016 to 31 January 2017. A completed entry form must have the following valid information supplied: First Name; Last Name; Email Address; Abbey’s Docket Number. • An eligible online sale transaction is recorded during the period 1 November 2016 to 31 January 2017 and has the promotion code ALADDIN entered in the promotion code field when placing the order. • Competition entry is only eligible to residents of Australia and the minimum age of entrants is 18. • Entry is only open to retail customers and is not open to account or institutional customers. • The total prize value of $750 consists of three Gift Vouchers for $250 each redeemable at any of our 3 stores: Abbey’s Bookshop, Language Book Centre and Galaxy Bookshop. The voucher is not redeemable for cash. • The competition draw will be drawn at Abbey’s Bookshop, 131 York Street Sydney NSW 2000 Australia at 12 noon on Wednesday 15 February 2017. • One $250 Gift Voucher will be awarded to each of the first three randomly selected eligible entries. • The prize can be claimed by a winner at the draw (if present) and vouchers can be transferred to another person. • The prize-winner will be notified within 2 working days of the draw via email or phone and the voucher will be posted to the winner (if not present at the draw) within 2 weeks after the close of the draw. • The results of the competition will be published on the abbeys.com.au website from Friday 17 February 2017. • If the winner is not contactable and the prize remains unclaimed, a second chance draw will take place by Wednesday 8 March 2017 at Abbey’s Bookshop, 131 York Street Sydney. • The vouchers have an expiry date of 2 years from the date of issue.
