Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to all residents of Australia, who have signed up to the promotion via
trekbikes.com/au/en by the end of the campaign period of January 9th – February 6th, 2017.
Employees of Trek or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not
eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings,
spouse and life partners).
TO ENTER:
Visit http://www.trekbikes.com/au/en/, and fill in the entry form/sign up screen to sign up to the
Trek Australia newsletter. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms
and Conditions. Trek reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and
Conditions. Only one entry per person is eligible for the prize.
TIMING:
This competition runs from 12.00:01am EST on January 9th 2017. The closing date of this
competition is 11.59:59pm EST on February 6th 2017. Entrant details must be saved in the
database system no later than the closing date.
USE OF DATA:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition could be used for future Trek
marketing activity.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The winner (1) will be drawn randomly from all entrants and overseen by a panel of three judges
on 7th February 2017 at 12:00pm EDST at Trek Bicycle Corporation. The panel of judges will
include at least one independent member. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm on 7th
February 2017, along with name being announced on the Trek Bicycles Australia Facebook
page.
REDRAW:
If the prize is not claimed by the initial winner by 21st February 2017 at 5:00pm EST, the prize
will be redrawn. The winner (1) will be drawn randomly from all entrants and overseen by a
panel of three judges on 22nd February 2017 at 12:00pm EDST at Trek Bicycle Corporation.
The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The winner will be notified by
email by 5:00pm on 22nd, February 2017, along with the name being announced on the Trek
Bicycles Australia Facebook page.
PRIZE:
The prize is a custom Project One Trek road bike (Madone, Domane, Emonda, Silque) valued at
$10,000 RRP AUD. Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
WINNERS LIST:
The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be
available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.
OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and
Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Trek’s decision shall be final.
