This competition is being run through Brand Smart Premium Outlet Center, customers may only enter this competition by entering their details via this Brand Smart website WIN page.
Customers can enter ONCE to be in the chance to win. This is a Victorian only based competition.
This promotion starts on 31st January, 2017 and concludes 5:00pm on the 13th February, 2017
Prizes must be collected from the relevant store or Brand Smart Centre Management office Monday – Friday 10am until 5pm. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used on Valentines Day (February 14th 2017). Only valid at Brand Smart Premium Outlet Shopping Centre, Nunawading.
The winners of the Competition will be determined by telling us in 20 words or less why you’d like to treat your loved one!. Winners will be notified on the 14th February, 2017.
Winners will be announced on the Brand Smart Website when the winner has been notified and confimed.
The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The winner need not be present at the draw.
Each entrant consents via entering the competition to any personal information disclosed to be added to the Brand Smart and Squires Loft and PappaRich databases, and to be used for future promotions, VIP offers and communication.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any approval or directions from a regulatory authority.
Entrants must ensure to fill out the form with all required information to be eligible for the prizes.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
