immediatefamiliesofthePromoter andSponsorsincludingiFishandDreamPool
Productions,JBCaravansandCaravanIndustryAssociationofAustralia,theirrelated
corporatebodiesandAgenciesarenoteligibletoenterthisPromotion.
3.ThePromotioncommencesat12.01amAEST on24 December2016 andclosesat
11.59pmAEDTon12March2017 ('Promotionperiod').

7.ThePromoterreservestherighttoverifythevalidityofentriesandreservestherightto
disqualifyanyentrantfortamperingwiththeentryprocessorforsubmittinganentry,

Judging
8.ThewinnerswillbethemostcreativeentriesreceivedbythePromoter,whichsatisfythe
eligibilityrequirementsassetoutintheseTermsandConditions.
9.Thisisagameofskillandchanceplaysnopartindeterminingthewinner.Eachentry
receivedduringthePromotionPeriodwillbejudgedbasedonthecreativityoftheresponse
byPaulWorsteling.
10.TheWinnerwillbenotifiedbyemailbynolaterthan5:00pmonMonday20March
2017.
11.ThePromoter’sdecisionisfinalandthePromoterwillnotenterintocorrespondence
regardingtheresult.
12.Itisaconditionofacceptingtheprizethatthewinnersmustcomplywithallthe

13.ThePrizeis aJBCaravansFreelander valuedat$53,990.ComprehensiveInsuranceand
vehicleregistrationwillbetheresponsibilityoftheWinner.Collectionoftheprizeisthe
winner’s responsibilityandtheprizeinagreementwiththepromotercanbecollectedonly

14.Prizesarenon-transferableandtherearenocashalternativesinplace ofthestated
prize.Prizesmayincludetermsandconditionsofuse.
15.ThePromoterreservestherighttoreviewentriesintheeventofanyentrantnot
claiminganyPrize.IfanyPrizeremainsunclaimedorforfeitedthroughineligibilitywithin4
weeksoftheoriginaldecision,thePromoterwillreservetherighttoselectthenextbest
entry.Thewinnerwillbenotifiedbyemail.
16.Thewinnersagreetotheuseoftheirname,imageandphotograph/sforpublicityand
Promotionalpurposes,withoutcompensation,andagreethatthePromoterwillown
copyrightinanysuchimagesandphotograph/sandinallmaterialincorporatingthe

17.IfforanyreasonthisPromotionisnotcapableofrunningasplanned(whethercausedby
infectionbycomputervirus,linedropout,bugs,tampering,unauthorisedintervention,
fraud,technicalfailuresoranyothercausebeyondthecontrolofthePromoterwhich
corruptoraffecttheadministration,security,fairnessorintegrityofthePromotion),the
Promoterreservestherightinitssolediscretion,(subjecttoanywrittendirectiongivenbya
relevantRegulatoryAuthority),tocancel,terminate,modifyorsuspendthePromotion.The
Promotermayinitssolediscretiondisqualifyanyindividualwhotampers withtheentry
process.
19.EntriesaredeemedtobereceivedatthetimeofreceiptintothePromoter'sdatabase.
ThePromoterisnotresponsibleforreceiptofincorrect,inaccurateorincomplete
informationeithercausedbywebsiteusersorbyanyoftheequipmentorprogramming
associatedorutilisedinthiscompetition,orbyanytechnicalerrorthatmayoccurinthe
courseofadministrationofthisPromotion.ThePromoterassumesnoresponsibilityforany
error,omission,interruption,deletion,defect,delayinoperationortransmission,
communicationslinefailure,theftordestructionorunauthorisedaccesstooralterationof
entries.
