Powermove Distribution of 28 The Gateway, Broadmeadows, Victoria is the promoter of this competition.
Employees of Powermove Distribution or their family or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
No purchase is necessary in order to enter the promotion.
You must be over 18 and a resident of Australia to enter into this promotion and receive the prize if you win.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
The promotion opens at Friday 10th March 2017 at 17:00 AEST. To be valid, entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm AEST, Friday 17th March 29th, 2017 at which time the offer of this promotion will end.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify any changes to the competition to the entrants as soon as possible.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The winner will be selected by a panel of representatives from Powermove Distribution. The panel will select the winner based on their creativity and ingenuity
The winner will be selected amongst the complete entries and notified by email on or before Tuesday 21st of March 2017. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
Any personal data relating to the winner and competition entrants will be used solely inaccordance with current Australian privacy laws and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
