Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Proof of residency and age may be required. The promoter is Travellers Choice, ABN 59 138 565 067, of Ground Floor 130 Royal Street East Perth WA 6004, telephone (08) 9223 6500. Employees, immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. To enter individuals must visit www.travellerschoice.com.au/discover, follow the prompts as directed on the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form. One entry per email address. Competition commences at 00:01 WST on 14 February 2017 and closes at 23:59 WST on 30 April 2017. Entries will be judged by Travellers Choice on 15 May 2017. The winner will be notified by email to the email address supplied during entry to the competition and their full name announced on the Travellers Choice website by 17 May 2017. Failure to redeem the prize by 30 July 2017 or undertake the prize as stipulated will result in full forfeiture of the prize; a redraw will not take place. The prize is for two adults and includes: Return economy class airfares including airline taxes from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Auckland, New Zealand and 6-day Coromandel Coast tour with Kirra Holidays. Airfares will be provided for travel on an airline determined by Travellers Choice and based on the best fare available at time of booking. Prize details and inclusions listed are intended as a guide only and may be altered to suit the winner as required to a total retail value of $4,000 as at 31 January 2017. Travellers Choice reserves the right to alter any components of the prize, or offer an alternative prize at similar or lower value due to unavailability, but not exceed the prize value stipulated above. Related expenses such as visa fees and taxes, personal purchases, travel insurance and compulsory repayments to third parties are not covered as part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is essential. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the winner and their associates taking the prize. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database for future marketing purposes. The Promoter collects the entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
