Business Recycling Survey Planet Ark needs your help to evaluate the BusinessRecycling website and hotline. If you’ve used the website or hotline before, please tell us about your experiences by completing our 5 minute survey. We’d like to find out what worked and what didn’t so we can make the service even better for you. Complete the survey for a chance to win an iPad Pro (or tablet of your choice worth up to $850). Terms & Conditions This competition is open to all NSW, NT, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS and WA residents who complete Planet Ark's BusinessRecycling survey (via SurveyMonkey). Residents of the ACT are ineligible to enter. Automated entries, bulk entries or entries submitted on behalf of another person are not eligible for entry into the competition. Entries must be submitted via completion of the survey prior to midnight on Sunday 30 April 2017. One winner will be chosen at random from the complete pool of survey participants. The draw will take place at Planet Ark's Sydney Office, Level 3, 15-17 Young St, Sydney NSW 2000, during the week commencing Monday 1 May 2017. Winners will be notified by email before close of business on Monday 8 May 2017 and announced on the BusinessRecycling website no later than Friday 12 May 2017. The eligible survey participant chosen at the time of the draw will win a tablet of the winning entrant's choosing (e.g. an iPad Pro) to the value of AUD $850.
