Best Restaurants Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions apply. To enter, simply make a new direct booking before 11:59pm AEST on 22 August 2017 for any stay where the check-in occurs between 1 June and 31 August 2017. Valid only on new bookings made direct with Melbourne Short Stay Apartments via the www.shortstay.com.au website (bookings are completed through The Booking Button), in person, by emailing info@shortstay.com.au or by phoning direct on +61 3 8256 7500 or 1800 008 910. Excludes City Tempo bookings.

One entry per booking; duplicate entries will be voided. Agents and employees of Melbourne Short Stay Apartments and related companies are ineligible to enter. Prize comprises thirteen (13) Best Restaurants Gift Cards™. Total prize pool valued at AU $4,550.

Prizes not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Each entrant will be entered into one prize draw only, being the relevant draw date stated below. Winners will be randomly drawn at the offices of Melbourne Short Stay Apartments, 241 City Road, Southbank, Victoria at 10am AEST.

Winners will be notified by phone or email on the date of their check in and the winner’s prize will be delivered to their Melbourne Short Stay apartment. The winner’s first name and state will be published on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/ShortStay. Unclaimed prizes will be entered into a second chance draw until a winner claims the prize.

Gift cards must be redeemed by the expiry date 12 months from their date of issue. You are required to make your own restaurant bookings and booking times may be subject to availability. You are responsible for any expenditure in excess of A$350. Gift card should be treated like cash and there will be no compensation for lost or expired cards.
