On May 30 1957, thousands of shoppers attended the opening of Australia's first "drive-in" shopping centre, originally known as Allen & Stark Chermside, and now known as Westfield Chermside. Tuesday May 30 will see the centre celebrate 60 years, and we couldn't be prouder of our rich retail history and the strong ties we've formed within our community. This celebration comes at a great time for the centre, as we're incredibly excited to open the next phase of our redevelopment in just a few short weeks. To celebrate this milestone we are giving away a 18ct Diamond Ring valued at $1,599 from Angus & Coote.
