Set in the charming Lockyer Valley (which is located just one hour’s drive from Brisbane) this prize includes:
– 2 tickets to Miguel’s Cooking School, hosted by Miguel Maestre from Network Ten’s The Living Room, on Sunday 22 October (at this class, which is exclusive to a small group of people, attendees will get to cook their own meal under Miguel’s guidance and enjoy it together at the end);
– Overnight accommodation at the gorgeous Branell Homestead in the Lockyer Valley;
– Helicopter transfers from Pterodactyl Helicopters’ hanger to the cooking class;
– A farm tour at 9Dorf Farms; and
– 20kg of Bauer’s Organic Farms fresh potatoes valued at $50.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This competition is open to residents of Queensland only from 2pm Friday 16th June to 5pm on Monday 17th July 2017
2. Council employees & immediate family of Lockyer Valley Regional Council staff are ineligible to enter this promotion.
3. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. To enter persons simply need to complete an entry form provided at the Lockyer Valley stand at Regional Flavours South Bank from Saturday 15th to Sunday 16th July 2017 from 10am-5pm daily or on the Regional Flavours website www.regionalflavours.com.au during the promotional period.
7. All entrants are required to complete all the details on the hard copy or online entry form and must be aged 18 or over in order to claim a prize as it contains alcohol products.
8. To be eligible, these details must be completed and legible or the entry will be deemed invalid.
9. To be eligible, all entries must be submitted at the stand by 5pm Sunday 16th July 2017 or online by 5pm on Monday 17th July 2017.
10. The Prize consists of a Gourmet Escape in the Lockyer Valley, to be awarded to one winner and includes the following:
• Helicopter transfer package with Pterodactyl Helicopters for two people from their Kholo hanger to Migeuel’s Cooking School event in the Lockyer Valley on Sunday 22nd October 2017
• 2x tickets to Miguel’s Cooking School in the Lockyer Valley on Sunday 22nd October 2017 valued at $275 each total value $550
• 1x nights’ accommodation at Branell Homestead for two people on Sunday 22nd October 2017 valued at $243
• A farm tour for the family of 9Dorf Farm valued at $50
• 20kg of Bauer’s Organic Farms fresh potatoes valued at $50

11. The winner will be drawn at 9am Friday 21st July 2017 at random with the first eligible entry drawn being the winner.
12. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or in writing by Monday 24th July 2017
13. If the prizes are not claimed by 4pm Monday 21st August 2017 a draw will be conducted at 5pm on that day at the Lockyer Valley Regional Council Gatton Office.
14. Printing errors and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing redemption of prizes.
15. Lockyer Valley Regional Council and Brisbane Marketing may use the information supplied by the entrants in the competition for the compilation of a mailing list.
16. Each entrant consents to the access and disclosure of the information in accordance with clause 19.
17. An entrant may opt out of mailings by requesting this in writing to Lockyer Valley Regional Council – 26 Railway St Gatton QLD 4343 or by telephoning Lockyer Valley Regional Council on 1300 00 5872.
18. The prizes are offered by Lockyer Valley Regional Council and operators in good faith and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Each prize holds their own terms and conditions of use and validity at each provider in line with the event date. Travel costs and any other cost borne out of utilizing these prizes are at the winners expense. This prize is subject to availability at each tourism operator.
19. This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only and can be cancelled at any time without notice.
20. In case of a dispute or challenge, Lockyer Valley Regional Councils decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Acceptance of prizes indemnifies the Lockyer Valley Regional Council of any responsibility and the Lockyer Valley Regional Council accepts no responsibility for and harm or financial loss that may arise from the use of the prizes.
22. Participation in this competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of Queensland and all Courts competent to hear appeals there from.
