Kinderling Kids Radio Competitions High Five Album Giveaway – terms & conditions PROMOTION • The ‘Promotion’ is the weekly announcement of the ‘Prize’ via the Kinderling Newsletter, website and Kinderling Conversation broadcast. PRIZE • The ‘Prize’ is a copy of the High Five Album as featured at the time of promotion. • ‘Prize’ may be provided as a physical CD or as individual digital files. Format provided is at the discretion of the record label/artist. ENTRY • Entry is open to residents within Australia. • Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. • No entrant can win more than one ‘Prize’ per ‘Promotion’. • Entries close at the time and date stated in the ‘Promotion’. • To enter, Eligible Entrants must satisfy the competition guidelines as stated in the ‘Promotion’. PRIZES AND WINNING • This is a game of chance. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. • Winners will be drawn at Kinderling Kids Radio within 7 days after entries close. • Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. • Winners will win the ‘Prize’ as stated in the ‘Promotion’. • ‘Prizes’ are provided by a third party (artist/ record label).
