St Ives Shopping Village – Village Hub Launch Competition, Win a $100 St Ives Shopping Village Gift Card

Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
Participants must enter the Competition by downloading Village Hub App (St Ives Shopping Village loyalty app) for the chance to win.
Entry is only open to Residents of New South Wales, Australia. Employees of the promoter, the management company and their staff are ineligible to enter.
The competition will run from 9am Saturday 1st July until 3pm Friday 4th August 2017.

Participants entries will be counted once only in each prize draw. Winners will be drawn from the database on the dates below, entries will not roll over into the following weeks prize draw.
Four prizes will be given away in total, each prize is a $100 St Ives Shopping Village gift card, with the total prize pool being capped at $400.
Normal gift card terms and conditions apply, see the reverse side of the gift card for details.
Each winner will be selected at random on the following dates and times.
4pm Friday 14th July 2017
4pm Friday 21st July 2017
4pm Friday 28th July 2017
4pm Friday 4th August 2017
The winner(s) will be notified after each prize draw by private message to their nominated email address used to download Village Hub App.
In the event the prize winner does not contact St Ives Shopping Village or collect their gift card within 14 days we will assume the prize is unclaimed and a new winner (s) will be selected at random at 12pm Friday 18th August 2017.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner(s) is required to verify their identity to receive their prize at the Concierge Desk located on Level 2 of St Ives Shopping Village. The identification must match the winning entrants details.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged.
Where the prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with, for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter is not liable.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
By entering and participating in the competition each entrant is deemed to have agreed to and accepted all conditions of entry.
Entrants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Apple iTunes, Google Play or Social Networking Site(s).
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition will be directed to the Promoter and not to Apple iTunes, Google Play or Social Networking Site(s).
Entrants release Apple iTunes, Google Play or Social Networking Site(s) and its associated companies from all liability arising in respect of the competition, to the extent allowable by law.
