Helloworld Travel Darwin - Competition Terms and
Conditions for Hong Kong for a Song
1. The Promoter is Hot 100 in conjunction with Jolo Holdings Pty Limited (86
096 617 837 ) trading as helloworld Travel Darwin
2. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
3. One (1) prize winner will be announced on air each week for three (3)
weeks.
– Friday 11 August 2017
– Friday 18 August 2017
– Friday 25 August 2017
4. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years to redeem travel prize.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to
enter.
5. The Competition commences on Monday 07 August 2017 and closes on
Friday 25 August 2017. (“Promotional Period”). All entries must be received
by the Promoter within the Promotional Period.
The Prize, Draw and Notifications
6. To be eligible to enter the Competition you must visit hot100fm.com.au to
find out the Hong Kong song of the day. The entrant must then listen to Hot
100 throughout the day from Monday-Friday to hear the Hong Kong Song of
the day. First caller through gains entry onto the standby list. Entrants are
eligible to enter between Monday 07 August 2017 and Friday 25 August
2017.
• Prize must be redeemed and used from helloworld Darwin by 31 March
2018, and is dependent on availability at the time of booking. Extension of
accommodation can be evaluated at the time of booking by helloworld
Travel Darwin at the expense of the prize winner. Helloworld Travel Darwin
must be notified at least (4) four weeks in advance to make booking.
7. Each valid entry drawn will win:
- Return airfare for (2) two people flying Jetstar (Economy return tickets
Darwin to Hong Kong via Singapore and return to Darwin
- Return Airport transfers in Hong Kong
- (4) four Nights’ accommodation at the Kowloon Hotel Hong Kong based
on twin share accommodation
- Travel must depart from Darwin and return to Darwin, Australia
All airfare and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of
booking. There are blackout dates from 10 December 2017 – 31 January
2018.
The recipient of this prize is responsible to have a current passport with a
minimum of 6 months validity. Also for all travel costs to and from the point
of departure, accommodation (outside of the specified included free
accommodation), spending money, travel insurance, freight, excess
baggage, meals, ground transportation and any other expenses. Booking of
the prize must be done at least (4) four weeks in advance of the intended
date of departure from Darwin
General Conditions
8. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash and cannot
be used for multiple travel.
9. The Promoter is entitled to verify the validity of entries and the identity
entrants/winner(s), and to disqualify any entrant/winner who submits an
entry that is contrary to these Terms and Conditi
