2. In 50 words or less, write us a post letting us know why a certain dad in your life deserves to receive the gift of free LASIK.

5. The winner must be a suitable candidate for the Lasik procedure that is to be provided as a prize. Please contact us to get a complementary suitability check at any our clinics today.

6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable or refundable, and the decision of the judge is final.

7. personalEYES will notify the winner via a Facebook comment on the winning entry.

8. personalEYES will not be held responsible if the notification is missed.

9. Photo and name of winner will be displayed on personalEYES promotional material.
