HUGO BOSS FACEBOOK COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is MacArthur Central Shopping Centre.
2. The competition is open to residents of Brisbane, except employees of MacArthur Central Shopping Centre and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the centre or Hugo Boss MacArthur Central Shopping Centre.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. To be a qualified entry, the person must 1. Like ‘MacArthur Central Shopping Centre' Facebook page 2. Comment on the post and tag at least one friend. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
6. Open date and time for the competition is 5:00pm AEST 10/08/2017.
7. Closing date is 11:59pm AEST 25/08/2017. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. There will only be 1 winner selected from the qualified entrants of this specific post.
10. The prize is a gift voucher to Hugo Boss valued at $200. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
11. Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
12. The winner will be notified by direct messaged on Facebook on August 28, 2017. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
