Elysium Hair will assess the condition and colour history of the prize winner’s hair and present a customised plan on what is achievable in one visit and with the winner’s agreement proceed with the services outlined in the competition. If you book your appointment and cancel within 48 hours or do not show up for the appointment, Elysium Hair will consider the prize redeemed and all future appointments will need to be paid for.
