One ticket will be drawn at 8.15pm & another at 8.45pm. The name & badge number will be announced over the PA system . The member will be given 4 minutes to respond. Should the member not be present another ticket will be drawn until someone has come forward. They will then receive an official numbered entry form enabling them to compete in the Final Draw FINAL NIGHT DRAW THURSDAY 28th Sept 2017 Last chance to gain entry simply by swiping your membership card between 6pm - 8pm & place your ticket into the barrel. The barrel will then be closed. 5 tickets will be drawn at 8.30pm, another 5 tickets at 9.00pm and the final 5 tickets will be drawn at 9.30pm. Our winning entry numbers will then be drawn via the random number generator. 1st drawn will win $6,000 2nd Drawn will win $3,000 3rd Drawn will win $1000 All winners must be present to win & must claim their prize within a 4 minute period from time of announcement or a redraw will take place Any Member can only appear on the official list a max of two times. All club staff Directors and partners are unable to enter.
