Wouldn't it be nice to have a clean space to sit on when camping or hiking? Without dragging along a chair.

Enter BEARZ Outdoor.

The BEARZ Outdoor picnic blanket is the perfect size for traveling, hiking, camping, and the beach. At 50" x 60" it's about the size of a typical throw, except this blanket can be stuffed into a pouch that comes with it.



The picnic blanket was designed to fit two persons comfortably, but they say it can fit up to 4. I would plan for two though.

The blanket also has corner pockets you can fill with sand to keep it from blowing away at the beach (I think we've all dealt with this), or you can put your keys and stuff in the pockets. There are loops on each corner if you happen to have stakes.

Here's what I like the most - the material is completely waterproof. And if you think about it, the blanket can be used a lot of ways to keep dry:
Keep your butt dry from the wet ground beneath you
Keep several people dry by using it as a shelter fly
Keep your sleeping bag dry by placing it underneath the bag
Or even use it as a tarp and wrap your belongings with it



So hook it onto your backpack (I always bring a pack if I have even a couple things to carry), or stuff it into your jacket pocket or something.
