The Campus – General Contests

The following terms and conditions apply for all general contests and promotions in Grant Broadcasters The Campus program. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA; Power FM Murray Bridge, Magic FM Port Lincoln, Magic FM Port August-Whyalla , Magic FM Berri. NORTHERN TERRITORY; Hot100 Darwin. QUEENSLAND; Hitz 93.9 Bundaberg, Hot 91.1 Sunshine Coast, Star 106.3 Townsville, Star 102.7 Cairns, Star 101.9 Mackay. TASMANIA; SeaFM Devonport, SeaFM Burnie, SeaFM Scottsdale, Chilli FM Launceston

1. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners will be invited to visit The Campus section of their local station website to enter the nominated contest. The contestant will then go through to the major prize draw.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS
All winners will be randomly drawn on the nominated contest closure date and will be phoned or emailed to be notified.

3. INDEMNITY
 All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. 

4. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
 Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

 5. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS.
 Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition or change contest conditions in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
