This book is about Bush Heritage Australia – started by Bob Brown in 1991, with the mission to protect pristine land from logging. Now, Bush Heritage has over one million hectares of land under its care in Australia, and plans to own or manager 1% of Australia by 2025. This book is dedicated to the people who helped build the organisation from the ground up – its founders, ecologists, researchers, land managers, Aboriginal traditional land owners, staff, donors, and volunteers. The book contains a foreword by its Founder – Bob Brown.
