Promotion runs at the above times except for during other conflicting promotions. Winners will be announced via the public address system. Management decision on all matters is final. Entry Mechanism Entries will be allocated with food and beverage purchase of $5 or more at POS with a valid members card. Entries will accumulate 8.30am 1st September 2017 to 7pm 30th November 2017. Promotions are for financial members of the City Golf Club only. Patrons must be 18+ to be eligible. Staff members are not eligible to enter this promotion. Patrons are to put their entry in the barrel of the prize that they want to win. Patrons are responsible to ensure that they receive their entries with purchases. If patrons feel that they should have received entries but did not they are to request the entry from the staff that served them. Patrons are responsible to put their entry in the barrel, staff members will not be responsible for this. Patrons are responsible for putting their entry in the correct entry barrel; once prizes are drawn no discussion will be entered into over being drawn for the wrong prize. Draw Mechanics Prizes will be drawn between 6pm and 7pm on Thursday 30th November 2017. Patrons are not required to be present for draws to be eligible to win. Patrons are responsible for ensuring that their contact details in the membership system are up to date so that they may be contacted if they win a prize. Prizes are not transferable for other items or for cash. Once the prizes are drawn, if the winner is not contactable due to a wrong contact number or no contact number being listed the prize will be redrawn. Management will make every effort to contact the winning patron but if the winner has not been able to be contacted on the supplied number within a week, the prize will be redrawn at the discretion of management. Patrons may claim as many prizes as they are drawn for. Draw Prizes The prizes to be drawn are as below. The City Golf Club will not accept liability for any prizes including loss, damage, warranty claims or service on items. Patrons are responsible for contacting the supplier of the prizes: Harvey Norman Toowoomba for further issues or questions relating to the prizes. Patrons will be responsible for picking up the prizes. No transportation of prizes will be offered by the Club. Prizes are non transferable.
