The performance follows one of Romeo and Juliet on the night before. The Nutcracker is the magical adventure of Clara, Fritz and The Nutcracker as they battle the evil Rat King. After Swan Lake’s success in touring Australia last year, The Russian National Ballet Theatre returns to RPAC, this time bringing the world’s greatest classic ballet, The Nutcracker. The Russian National Ballet Theatre was founded with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The basis for the creation of the theatre was a necessity for promising young theatre with high creative potential, both classical and contemporary. Tickets are adults $79, seniors/pensioners $69 and students $59.
