We’re giving you the chance to win a festive feast hamper to the value of $1000*. Collect an entry form from participating retailers or from the entry barrel located opposite Zing Pop Culture between 27 November and 17 December, 2017. Then receive a sticker for every purchase you make on the same day at a participating Northgate specialty retailer. Collect 6 stickers then fill in your details on the entry form. Put your completed entry form in the barrel located opposite Zing Pop Culture one the same day as you make your purchases. *Terms & conditions apply. Excludes Coles, Target, Best & Less and Tobacco Station. Who is running the competition? The Promoter is Vicinity Centres PM Pty Ltd (ABN 96 101 504 045) as disclosed agent for the owners of Northgate, Melbourne Corporate Office, Level 4, Chadstone Tower One, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone Vic 3148. Phone: 03 6272 0122. Where will the competition run? The competition will be conducted in all speciality stores (Participating Retailers) in Northgate, 387/393 Main Road, Glenorchy,TAS 7010 (the Centre). For the avoidance of doubt, Coles, Target, Best & Less and Tobacco Station are not Participating Retailers. When will the competition start and end? The competition will run during Centre opening hours between 27/11/17 and 17/12/17 (the Competition Period). Who can enter? Only Australian residents aged 18 or over who are/become a member of the Centre's mailing list can enter. Who can't enter? Directors, officers, management and employees of: (a) the Promoter; (b) the agencies or companies associated with this competition or the Promoter; or (c) the retail stores located at the Centre, and the immediate families of those people, can't enter. Entry instructions During the Competition Period, you need to: (a) collect an entry card from the promotional area outside Zing Pop Culture at the Centre (subject to stocks remaining); (b) make a total of 6 purchases at Participating Retailer/s (excludes online purchases, layby purchases, bank transactions, ATM withdrawals, other cash withdrawals, medical centre payments and utility bill payments) (each, a Qualifying Purchase and in total, Six Qualifying Purchases); (c) receive a sticker on your entry card from the relevant Participating Retailer in respect of each Qualifying Purchase, in order to complete your entry card with a sticker for each of the Six Qualifying Purchases; and (d) follow the instructions specified to confirm your details on, or sign up to, the Centre's mailing list and provide all requested details to complete the entry card and place your completed entry card in the entry barrel located at the promotional area outside Zing Pop Culture at the Centre. How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen? There will be one winner/s determined in respect of this competition. The draw will be held at 9.00am on 18/12/17 at the Centre Management Office at the Centre. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants). What can I win? There is one prize, as follows: A festive feast hamper package containing a selection of foods, beverages, festive table decorations and a Coles and a Target gift card, valued in total at $1,000. See Prizes paragraphs below for further details on the prizes. Total prize pool The prize pool is $1,000. How many times can I enter? You can only enter once per day, regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchase/s you make on that day. How and when will the winners be informed? If you are a winner, you will be informed by phone and in writing within two days of determination and your name and state/territory of residence will be published on the Centre website on 22/12/17 for a period of 28 days. Must I keep anything to verify my entry? You must keep the original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. If you don't produce the proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly identify the retailer of purchase (which must be a Participating Retailer), the product(s) purchased (which must comprise a Qualifying Purchase), and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period on the date you submitted your entry). If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any receipt(s) with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize. If I win, when must I claim my prize? You must claim your prize by 5pm on 26/12/17 (Prize Claim Date and Time). What if I don't claim my prize on time? If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the Prize Claim Date and Time, or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a drawn winner (or a drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant entry will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at 9am on 27/12/17 at the same location as the original draw to distribute the relevant prize/s (in descending order of value). Any such winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing within two days of determination, and their name and state/territory of residence will be published on the Centre website on 02/01/18 for a period of 28 days. |
