Online purchases made between 12.01am on 7 Nov 2017 and 11.59pm on 20 Dec 2017 will be automatically entered into the competition using the contact and shipping details provided. Customers in our Wahroonga store will be able to fill in a form with their name and contact details if they wish to enter the competition. The winner will be drawn on 21 December, 2017.

Tara Dennis Christmas Prize Pack 2017 - Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is run by Tara Dennis Pty Limited, whose office is based at 33 Redleaf Avenue Wahroonga, NSW, 2076 Australia.

2. The competition is open to customers of Tara Dennis Store Wahroonga, and customers of taradennisstore.com online store, who make a purchase between 12.01am on 7 Nov 2017 and 11.59pm on 20 Dec 2017.

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Each purchase is eligible for an entry to the competition. If a customer makes multiple purchases during the competition period, they may enter up to a maximum of five times.

5. By providing their email in conjunction with this competition, the entrant agrees to receive marketing materials such as a newsletter from Tara Dennis Pty Limited, unless they have expressed otherwise. Entrants may unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list at any time.

6. Closing date for entry will be 11.59pm on 20 December 2017. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Any purchase made at the Tara Dennis store in Wahroonga, or online at taradennisstore.com between 12.01am on 7 Nov 2017 and 11.59pm on 20 Dec 2017 is valid for one entry to our Christmas Prize pack competition. Online purchases will be automatically entered into the competition using the contact and shipping details provided. Customers in store will fill in a form with their name and contact details if they wish to enter the competition. The competition will be drawn at random on 21 December 2017, after which the winner will be contacted by phone or email. The winner will be given the option to pick up their prize or to have it mailed to them.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Tara Dennis Pty Limited and or its agents.

12. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 4 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. Tara Dennis Pty Limited will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

14. Any decision made by Tara Dennis Pty Limited in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Tara Dennis Pty Limited and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Tara Dennis Pty Limited Privacy Policy. 

18. Tara Dennis Pty Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

19. Tara Dennis Pty Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
