Oakwood Facebook Giveaway will run from 9.00am Wednesday 09/12/17 until 5.00pm Wednesday 08/01/18. For any unclaimed prize Oakwood will offer a Second-Chance Draw three months after the draw date and as advised by the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing. Winners will be notified on Facebook. At the time of announcement of winning entries, Winners will be asked to contact Oakwood via email to provide their address details for prizes to be shipped to them. The draw date for the Oakwood Facebook Giveaway will be Friday 08/01/18 at 3.00pm. If required the Second-Chance Draw date for this prize will be Friday 12/01/18.

Entry is open to Australian residents. To enter the promotion the entrant must submit a post on Facebook. The entrant is only allowed to participate once, there are no multiple entries allowed. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Prizes. The prize is the nominated product noted at the time of the Oakwood Facebook Giveaway. This can be from Oakwood’s Leather Care, Pet Care, Home Care or Auto Care product range. This prize is Not Redeemable for Cash and is Not Transferable. No single prize will be over the value of $250.00.

The winners will be chosen at random by Oakwood Products. This will be conducted at Oakwood Products premises at OTP House, Suite 5, 10 Bradford Close, Kotara NSW 2289.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in it’s sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to a) disqualify any entrant; or b) subject any written directions from the regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters control; b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; d) any variation in the prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or f) use of a prize.

The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and, as required, to Australian Regulatory Authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
