Entry to the Competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who submit a valid entry in accordance with these Conditions of Entry
Commences: 9.00am (AEST) Tuesday 26th December 2017 Ends: 5:00pm (AEST) Tuesday 6th February 2018


How to enter:
Visit a Smiggle store in Australia or New Zealand, pick up an entry form and tell us how “you’ll make 2018 your biggest year yet”. Entries must be placed in the competition entry box in store during the Competition Period; OR enter at smiggle.com.
One (1) entry per person


A panel established by the Promoter will review all entries and select the winning entries. Entries will be judged by the Promoter on 8 February 2018 at approximately 4:30pm Melbourne Time at 658 Church Street, Victoria, 3121, Australia.
This is a game of skill: chance plays no part in determining prize winners. Entries will be individually judged on their creative merit, originality and the suitability to the Competition. See also Conditions of Entry.
The maximum number of winners across Australia and New Zealand is two (2). There will be:
1. One (1) winner resident in Australia;
2. One (1) winner resident in New Zealand; Each prize bundle will include 365 Smiggle products. The total prize pool is *unknown* (valued at $1,000)


Each winner will be contacted by the Promoter by email on 9 February 2018 before 5.00pm Melbourne Time.
If the prize winner selected by the Promoter is ineligible to receive a prize, forfeits the prize, does not claim the prize, or cannot be contacted by the Promoter before 28 February 2018, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner, subject to any written directions issued by any regulatory authority, by way of further judging selection to take place at the same place as the original judging 8 February 2018. This judging selection will be made up of all participants who have entered the Competition and who have not won a prize.
