This Promotion Schedule is incorporated into and forms part of Canstar’s General Terms and Conditions of Promotions (“General Terms and Conditions”), available at www.canstar.com.au/terms-of-use. The General Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion subject of this Promotion Schedule. To the extent of any conflict between this Promotion Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions, this Promotion Schedule will prevail.

1   Promotion Period   This Promotion commences at 5pm AEST on Monday 19 February 2018 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on Monday 12 March 2018.
2   How to enter   To enter the Promotion, each Entrant must:

“Comment” on the Facebook post about this competition, which is accessible via the Canstar Facebook page (www.facebook.com/canstar).
3   Inclusions or exclusions   As per the General Terms and Conditions.
4   Details of Prize and value   The draw will be in relation to one prize, being AU$1500 cash (called a “Prize”). The Prize will be transferred by direct deposit to the Prize winner’s bank account after the Prize draw has occurred and the Prize winner has notified Canstar by email or Facebook private messenger of their bank account details.
The winning Entrant will be required to notify Canstar within five business days, via reply email or Facebook private message, of their:
acceptance of the prize,
full name,
contact phone number,
postal address,
year of birth,
consent for Canstar to transfer the Prize to their nominated Australian bank account, and
approval for Canstar to announce their name as the Prize winner on www.canstar.com.au and on Facebook
5   Draw date, time and location   The Prize winner will be randomly selected from a list of eligible entrants. The draw will take place between 10am and 12pm AEST on Tuesday 13 March 2018 at Level 21, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000.
The Prize winner will be notified by email and Facebook private message by no later than 5pm on Tuesday 13 March 2018.
6   Permit details   This Promotion is authorized in NSW by Permit number LTPS/18/21966. The conditions of the permit will override these conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
7   Additional Conditions   By entering the Promotion and accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions, read in conjunction with this Schedule.
Clause 26 of the General Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the following clause: “Results of this Promotion will be published on the Promoter’s website at (www.canstar.com.au) within 1 business day of Canstar receiving confirmation of the prize winner accepting the prize.
Should a re-draw be required for this promotion, it will take place in accordance with clause 27 of general terms.
