In the Fade confronts the horror of far-right extremist attacks in the mid-2000s and its portrayal has won it a Golden Globe for Best Foreign Film and an Oscar nomination. With a score written by Queens of the Stone Age lead singer, Josh Homme, the film is in fact named after a song from the American rock band.
