These terms and conditions apply to the Toned by Ashy Bines and Bondi Sands Prize Draw advertised on Bondi Sands website between 26/2/18 and 26/3/18 ("Promotion").

No purchase necessary.


1. Information on how to enter, promotional material and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.

2. Entries are accepted from 09:00 (AEDT) on 26/2/18 until 23:59 (AEDT) on 26/3/18 when the prize draw will close ("Entry Period").

3. To enter: entrants to fill out the online form by providing their name, DOB, gender, email and country of residence.

4. Five winners will be chosen at random and will be contacted via email before the 30th March 2018 AEDT.

5. The winner(s) will be announced on Bondi Sands & Toned by Ashy Bines Facebook pages on 31st March 2018 AEDT.

6. The Prize consists of:

- One years' worth of Bondi Sands tan to the value of AUD$300

- One Toned by Ashy Bines to the value of AUD$150

7. The Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes.

8. The Prize must be redeemed before 31st December 2018.

9. In the event that for any reason whatsoever that the winner does not make use of the Prize by the time stipulated then the Prize will be forfeited by the winner.

10. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

11. All entries become the property of the Promoter, who may use the entrants' names, for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.

12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
