Non-natural persons (including corporations and other business entities); and 1.Employees of CHERRY MX, Cooler Master, affiliates, subsidiaries and their respective immediate family and persons living in their same household are prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is void outside of the geographic area described above and wherever else prohibited by law.

ENTRIES

No use of any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will be allowed as well as incomplete entries. Entries from persons who are not eligible to win per these official rules will be disqualified.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be notified by e-mail within 30 business days of the prize drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

Confirmed sweepstakes winners may not exchange prizes for cash or any other merchandise or services. If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable, CHERRY MX reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. CHERRY MX will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. The odds of winning a prize are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.

GOVERNING LAWS

Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and Official Rules are governed by the law of Germany, and all entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Germany for any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes.

Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions or the Sweepstakes Official Rules must be brought in courts located in Germany .
