The competition opened on the 13th of March 2018 and will close midnight 8th of April 2018.

Lowanna Holdings Pty Ltd t/as Sherpa Outdoor Gear regularly run small competitions on www.sherpa.com.au and the Sherpa Outdoor Gear Facebook page. These terms and conditions apply to all those competitions.

Any entry to a competition run on www.sherpa.com.au or the Sherpa Outdoor Gear Facebook page are deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Competitions are only open to individuals who:

1. are residents of Australia;

2. are aged 18 years or older, or are under 16 years of age and have obtained their parent or guardian’s consent to enter this competition and whose parent or guardian have agreed to these Terms and Conditions;

3. are not employees or contractors of Sherpa Outdoor Gear or any other entity associated with this competition;

4. are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling of such an employee or contractor.

Entry is limited to one per person.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Sherpa Outdoor Gear accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete or lost entries.

By entering this competition, you give Sherpa Outdoor Gear permission to use your full name and address suburb or town for winner announcements.

The start date and closing date of each competition will be shown on the entry form on www.sherpa.com.au. The content of the prize(s) will be declared on all links to the entry form.

The winner will be determined by a random data process draw at Sherpa Outdoor Gear. The winner will be notified via an email from Sherpa Outdoor Gear. The winner will also be announced on a Sherpa Outdoor Gear Facebook post, www.sherpa.com.au and an email to all entrants.

Where a winner fails to provide their details to Sherpa Outdoor Gear within seven-days the prizes will be subject to re-draw.

Sherpa Outdoor Gear’s decision is final, and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to the selection of the Winners or any other aspect of this Competition.
