Refreshingly sweet, undeniably funny, and showcasing the pure talent that is Tom Hanks, who dives into his role and infuses it with charm and surprising poignancy, Big is about, 13-year old New Jerseyite Josh who wants to be “big”. The next morning, Josh wakes up-only to discover that he’s grown to manhood overnight! Still a 13-year-old mentally and emotionally, Josh decides to hide out in New York City until he can figure out what to do next. Big screens at Sydney’s Event Cinemas George St this Saturday, April 14, at 7.30pm. And remember the iconic FAO Schwarz “Walking Piano” scene from the film?
