COTY AUSTRALIA’S PHILOSOPHY SAMPLING GIVEAWAY PRIVACY STATEMENT
This privacy policy tells you about how the Promoter “We” (Coty Australia Pty Ltd) collect, use and manage your personal information that we collect through this website (the “Site”).

The promoter of the sampling giveaway is Coty Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 96 058 696 549) of Level 31, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000, 02 9267 5500 (the “Promoter”).

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal information (“PI“) in order to conduct the sampling giveaway. The type of information we collect includes street address, name, email, gender, age, birthday, and favourite philosophy retailer.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect information from www.tryphilosophy.com.au (the “Site”) Our Site is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect PI from people under the age of 18.

HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

We may for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.coty.com/privacy-policy.  In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose Entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.

HOW THE SAMPLING GIVEAWAY WORKS

The PI is collected by The Entrant filling out the questionnaire form on the Site. All fields marked with an asterix are necessary. If filled out correctly the Entrant is eligible for a sample. They are able apply for a sample until the sampling giveaway ends, which is after a period of three months (05/08/18) or until the total number of samples run out. Once 6,000 valid entries have been received, the website/entry form will be disabled and individuals will no longer be able to submit an entry into this sampling giveaway. This sampling giveaway is while stocks last. The sampling giveaway is limited to one entry per Entrant. We discourage Entrants from signing up with multiple emails to claim multiple samples. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Successful Entrants will be notified on screen at the time of entry submission.

The samples will be sent to each successful Entrant’s registered Australian mailing address by 30th August 2018 subject to successful notification and verification.
